Flush Effluent Management System
Flush by RealmFive is a unique, cloud-based platform providing visibility across effluent management systems. Flush universally connects and visualizes effluent containment volumes in alignment with irrigation management and application equipment and monitors pressurized transfer pipelines.
Flush provides visibility, monitoring, and alerting to reduce the incidence of environmental contamination while using less labor. With Flush livestock producers are able to more easily manage manure as an asset rather than a liability.
Guardian Water Monitoring Device
Guardian is a solution that was developed by RealmFive and is being jointly commercialized between RealmFive and Behlen Country. Guardian is a smart system for monitoring remote stock water tanks including a cloud-connected device and an integrated cloud-based software platform for visualizations and alerting.
The hardware portion of Guardian utilizes an integrated solar panel for long uninterrupted operation, on-board ranging sensors and data storage, and a wireless connection to the cloud. Guardian was designed for extremely fast installation, as easy as dropping the device into a water tank and can be moved easily from one tank to another. Guardian intermittently measures water level in the tank as well as water temperature.
RealmFive View software provides visualization of data over time and alerting for water levels and temperature, as freeze warning alerts, based upon user-set points.
Ops Tracking
Operational Tracking by RealmFive provides automation inside the ag commodity movement space and reduces labor requirements. By fusing universal, firmware-enabled, on-asset tracking units with our software platform we are empowering commodity operations from the enterprise level. Operational Tracking automates the assignment of complex contracts and orders, to specific load ID’s, tracks commodity origination, destinations, routes, and queue times to inform decisions concerning shipping and delivery bottlenecks.
SMARTSITES
SMARTSITES by RealmFive provide ag retailers and service providers with an infinite expansion of sensor-based data collection to optimize labor and provide enterprise-wide visibility into operational management. Utilizing drop-in networks, SMARTSITES bring even the most remote service locations online. Real-time data streams relevant to fertilizer and ag-chem inventory and transport, grain and feed storage, asset deployment, and commodity deliveries are visualized and reported in the R5 View Software.
