RealmFive and Solentra Partner to Deliver Lights-Out Grain Receiving

RealmFive and Solentra Partner to Deliver Lights-Out Grain Receiving

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Lincoln, NE and Alpharetta, GA;  February 2026

RealmFive®, a hardware-enabled software company delivering autonomous operations for distributed agribusinesses through its SMARTSITES platform, today announced a strategic partnership with Solentra, a provider of scalable grain and inventory management software. Together, the companies are delivering a fully integrated solution that enables true lights-out scale house operations for grain companies, cooperatives, ag retailers, and processors.

The partnership integrates RealmFive’s FlowGrade AutoAnalyzer, the industry’s first continuous automated grain grading system, with FlowGrade AutoProbe automated grain sampling system, and Solentra’s oneWeigh scale platform. The will be a unified operational workflow that connects grain sample collection, grading scale ticketing, and inventory management into a single coordinated system.

Through this collaboration, oneWeigh ensures reliable integration of transaction data across the retail ecosystem, while Agris extends value through its ERP system. Together with SMARTSITES, the solution eliminates manual handoffs and reduces operational friction across the grain receiving process.

A key differentiator of the patents-pending FlowGrade system is RealmFive’s proprietary Digital Grain Sample, accessible within the SMARTSITES platform. Each graded load is documented with a defensible digital record that increases transparency, strengthens traceability, and improves grading confidence. By reducing labor requirements, eliminating human bias, and removing variability from the grading process, FlowGrade enables more consistent, profitable grain receiving. Grading data flows directly into oneWeigh, ensuring ticketing and accounting systems reflect accurate, automated results and supporting true lights-out scale house operations.

FlowGrade AutoProbe completes the scale house automation process by fully automating grain sample collection. Engineered for consistent and randomized sampling, the patented system can reach the bottom of the truck to mitigate risks associated with plugged loads. When combined with FlowGrade AutoAnalyzer and oneWeigh scale integration, FlowGrade AutoProbe removes the final manual step in the grain receiving process.

Beyond the scale house, SMARTSITES extends operational control into grain storage. The platform manages storage autonomously by monitoring grain conditions, maintaining accurate inventory visibility, and optimizing aeration. By connecting receiving, grading, and storage into a single operational framework, customers gain continuous visibility and improved decision-making across the facility.

The integrated solution is designed to help grain companies operate extended hours, reduce labor dependence, improve grading consistency, and strengthen overall operational control.

Solentra’s leadership in intuitive software solutions pairs naturally with RealmFive’s automation and operational intelligence,” said Steve Tippery, CEO of RealmFive. “By integrating FlowGrade AutoAnalyzer, FlowGrade AutoProbe, and SMARTSITES with Solentra’s platforms, we are helping grain companies move decisively toward truly automated, lights-out facilities.”

Integrating RealmFive’s automation with our oneWeigh platform enables customers to operate with greater confidence and efficiency,” said Steven Day, Director of Facility Platform Strategy at Solentra. “This partnership accelerates innovation and delivers measurable value for the grain industry.”
